A three-month voyage
Three paths.
One partnership.
Long enough for the body, the practice, or the study to take root in you.
Three paths.
One partnership.
Long enough for the body, the practice, or the study to take root in you.
The premise
Lasting change requires time, attention, and someone who can see you.
A single session can spark something. Three months together can change how you relate to your own body and story. The voyage adjusts to who you are and what you are reaching for — but the commitment is the same: time enough to actually arrive somewhere.
Three paths into the voyage
Which one is calling you?
Each path is its own three-month voyage. The work bends to who you are and what you need, but the shape of the journey is different depending on where you are starting from. None of them are fixed — they tend to blend as the voyage unfolds.

Path I
Healing
For the body asking to be heard.
For those carrying a chronic illness or long-standing imbalance. Through Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle practice, herbal allies, and the slow work of attention, we build a practice that meets your body where it is. The goal is not to override what is happening, but to learn to read it.
You might be here if
- You have tried many things and your body is still speaking.
- You want to use holistic health and herbal remedies as the primary lens.
- You are ready for slow change over a quick fix.
What the three months look like
Month one — Assessment
Reading the body. Mapping your constitution (prakṛti), your current state (vikṛti), the patterns in your sleep, digestion, and rhythm. We begin a Dinacharya shaped for you.
Month two — Shamana & Shodhana
Pacification and release. Adjustments to Āhāra and Vihāra— food and lifestyle. Herbal allies enter where they fit. Yoga Chikitsa, sequenced for what your body is actually working through.
Month three — Rasayana & Maintenance
Rebuilding. Restoring strength, vitality, and clarity. The practices stop feeling like interventions and start becoming how you live.
The Healing path moves through a five-stage Ayurvedic map: Assessment, Shamana (pacification), Shodhana (purification), Rasayana (rejuvenation), Maintenance. Once you are a client, you can see where you are in this map inside The Memoir.
Not sure which path?
That is what the discovery call is for.
Most voyagers arrive sensing which path is calling them but unsure of the edges. We talk it through. If a different path fits better, I will say so. If Arvoya is not the right next step at all, I will say that too.
How we work together
The path.
Discovery Call
Free, 20–30 minutes
Before anything else, we talk. I want to understand what you are hoping to learn and which path fits. If I am not the right fit, I will say so.
Departure Session
$150, 75–90 minutes
The beginning of the voyage. An intake where we map your history, your patterns, your goals. You leave with initial observations and a sense of what working together will look like on your chosen path. The first chart of the waters.
If you continue into the full voyage, this session's cost is applied toward your first month.
Booked from The Memoir after your Discovery Call.
The Voyage
$450/month, 3-month minimum
Two sessions per month plus check-ins between. The work changes as you change. Same price across all three paths.
The goal is a state where you know yourself through these lenses better than I can tell you.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are reviewed individually.
Lower commitment
Seasonal workshops.
I offer various workshops tied to my own interest and wellness understandings. They are a lower-commitment way to experience this work and see if the approach resonates with you.
