The Voyage
A sustained partnership, not a program.
Arvoya operates on a single premise: lasting change in your health requires time, attention, compassion, forgiveness, and someone who who can see you. A single session can spark something. Six months together can change how you relate to your own body and story.
How we work together
Discovery Call
Free, 20–30 minutes
Before anything else, we talk. I want to understand what you're dealing with and whether I think I can genuinely help. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
Departure Session
$150, 75–90 minutes
This is the beginning of the voyage. An intake were we map your history, your patterns, your goals. You leave with initial observations and a sense of what working together might look like. Think of it as the first chart of the waters.
If you continue into the full voyage, this session's cost is applied toward your first month.
Booked from The Memoir after your Discovery Call.
The Voyage
$450/month, 3-month minimum
Two sessions per month plus check-ins between. The work changes as you change.
The goal is a state where you know yourself through these lenses better than I can tell you.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are reviewed individually.
This is for you if...
You have genuine curiosity about your body and how it works. You believe there's an intelligence in your system that's worth understanding rather than overriding. You're ready for slow and steady.
Commitment means showing up even when you haven't done anything. The work happens in awareness. Then in conscious action.
Seasonal Workshops
I offer various workshops tied to my own interest and wellness understandings. They're a lower-commitment way to experience this work and to see if the approach resonates.
